• from the entire list of proposed projects, you, taking into account your wishes and requirements, using special filters, determine exactly the project that you like and are interested in;

• the basic cost of project documentation is indicated in the card of each project;

• our company binds the ready-made project you have chosen to your land plot, taking into account its features, geodesy, the presence of engineering networks, surrounding buildings, and other important factors. The cost of this stage of work is agreed with you individually based on the documentation you have for your land plot, as well as the presence or absence of engineering surveys (geodesy, geology);

• our company helps you prepare a package of documentation necessary to obtain documents for the start of construction work (in most cases this is a "Construction Passport", but in some cases it may be necessary to obtain another document: "Urban planning conditions and restrictions on the development of the land plot"). We will also provide the additional conditions necessary at this stage: author's supervision by a certified architect; technical supervision by a certified engineer of the appropriate profile; entering the necessary information into the Unified State Electronic System in the Construction Sector (UEESBB), and other necessary documentation, certificates, and other types of support and support for the process of documentation registration and construction work management that may be needed during the project implementation;

• in the future, our specialists will accompany the construction process and, if necessary, participate in the process of commissioning and registration of documents for the right of ownership of the constructed facility;
