A technical passport of a real estate object is a document that contains information on the technical inventory of real estate, including information about its location (address), full name or name of the owner, the composition of the object, technical characteristics, diagrams of buildings and premises, a plan and description of the real estate object.
In what cases is a technical passport required?
A technical passport for a real estate object is usually required to perform the following actions:
• entering a real estate object into the Unified State Register of Real Rights to Real Estate;
• privatization of housing;
• concluding contracts of sale, donation, or other notarial acts with a real estate object;
• registration of an inheritance;
