In practice, a situation is very common when an individual or legal entity has ordered a design organization to produce architectural or land management design documentation for a construction site or land plot, but this documentation has not been completed for some reason, and the design organization is unable to do so.

• after that, we create a "road map" for completing the documentation and an estimate for each stage of work; If the Customer is satisfied with the specified estimate and calendar schedule of work, we conclude an appropriate agreement and perform the work.
