The procedure for legalizing real estate includes:

- conducting a technical inventory of a building or structure and preparing a technical passport;

- preparing a sketch of the intentions for developing a land plot;

- ordering and receiving a Construction Passport or Urban Development Conditions and Restrictions for Building a Land Plot;

- filing a notification of the start of construction work;

- filing a declaration of the readiness of the object;

- registering the property right to the real estate object.
