Therefore, to obtain Extracts on the normative monetary valuation of such land plots, it is necessary to order and receive the corresponding Extract through the State Geocadastre portal or the Administrative Services Centers.
If your land plot is not included in the list of plots for which the standard monetary assessment has already been carried out at the national or local level, in order to obtain an Extract on the standard monetary assessment, it is necessary to develop the relevant Technical Documentation, approve it in local government bodies or in state authorities (in accordance with the status of a specific land plot), and then enter the data on the conducted and approved assessment into the State Land Cadastre. After this, it is possible to obtain an Extract on the standard monetary assessment of the land plot.
