Work on ready-made cottage projects is structured as follows:

- from the entire list of proposed projects, based on your wishes and requirements, using filters, you select the project that you like and that interests you;

- the basic cost of the design documentation is indicated in the card of each project;

- our company performs the binding of the finished project you have chosen to your plot of land, taking into account its features, geodesy, the presence of networks and surrounding buildings. The cost of this stage of work is agreed with you individually based on the documentation you have for your plot of land, as well as engineering surveys (geodesy, geology);

- our company helps you prepare a package of documentation required to obtain documents for the commencement of construction work (in most cases, this is the "Construction Passport", but in some cases, it may be necessary to obtain another document: "Urban planning conditions and restrictions on the development of a land plot"). We will also provide the necessary conditions at this stage: author's supervision by a certified architect; technical supervision by a certified engineer of the relevant profile; entering the necessary information into the Unified State Electronic System in the Sphere of Construction and other necessary documentation, certificates and other types of support and assistance in the process of preparing documentation and conducting construction work that may be needed during the implementation of the project;

- in the future, our specialists will accompany the construction process and, if necessary, participate in the process of putting the constructed house into operation and registering documents for the right of ownership of the constructed object;

- we will help you resolve all issues that arise during the process of paperwork, construction and subsequent registration of the constructed object as they arise.

 

What is included in the project:

The project documentation consists of the following sections:

- architectural part (plans, sections, facades, roof truss structure, specification of window and door openings);

- structural part (plans of the foundation and floor slabs, stairs);

- engineering part (electrical, sanitary installations).

 

All house projects are also available in a mirror image version, at no extra charge.

 

The projects are presented in 2 languages: Ukrainian and Russian (optional).
