Technical inventory (production of BTI technical passports)

A technical passport is a document that contains information on the technical inventory of real estate, in particular, information about its location (address), full name or name of the owner, composition of the object, technical characteristics, plan and description of the real estate object.
In what cases is a technical passport required?
- housing privatization;
- the conclusion of contracts of sale, donation, or the performance of other notarial acts with a real estate object;
- registration of inheritance;
- registration of ownership after re-planning, reconstruction or major repairs;
- transfer of residential real estate to non-residential fund, or vice versa;
- allocation of a part of real estate, its division or consolidation;
- other cases established by law.
Our Company produces technical passports for apartments, residential buildings, garden and country houses, residential and non-residential premises, buildings and structures, construction in progress.
